Matt is an experienced senior leader with more than two decades of experience in the U.K., Europe, Middle East, United States, and South America. He directs advisory projects for government clients and is passionate about delivering impact through analysis.

Matt’s work centers around evidence-based public policy, economics, technology, and innovation. He delivers actionable insights and operational improvements for a diverse range of clients in thematic areas, including smarter regulation, telecommunications, energy, environmental policy, home affairs, and international security.

Matt earned his bachelor degree and a doctorate from the University of Bristol and a master’s degree from the Imperial College Business School.
