Megan Brooks is an expert in evaluation and research in behavioral health and public health with more than 15 years of experience.

Currently a director in ICF’s public health business, Megan has more than 15 years of experience in evaluation and research in behavioral health and public health. Before joining ICF, she worked in evaluation for the Georgia Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Addictive Diseases, and as an economist for the U.S. Department of State.

Previously, Megan served as project director, study lead, and data management lead across numerous projects, focusing on quantitative data collection, management, and analysis. This included extensive work for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
