Beth A. Heinen, Ph.D.

Director, Human Capital
Beth Heinen is a human capital expert with more than 20 years of experience.

Beth researches, advises and implements improvements for organizations and their employees. She has over two decades of organizational research and management consulting experience. Her past clients include the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, California Department of Transportation, and U.S. Department of Defense Office of Military Community and Family Policy. Beth's work focuses on workforce issues, such as well-being, employee attitudes, recruitment and retention, job analysis and selection, telework, and workforce planning.

Her extensive experience provides her with a holistic perspective on human capital challenges—from developing surveys and hiring and promotional tests to conducting interviews and analyzing data. She regularly presents research at national conferences and publishes articles in scholarly journals, on top of writing book chapters in her areas of expertise.
