ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a global consulting and technology services provider to commercial and government clients, has been named a “Fast Moving” brand by GBC, the premier research wing of the Government Executive Media Group (GEMG) in its 2017 Leading Brands in Government study, the company announced today. The company received the distinction of “Fast Moving” for its double-digit growth in brand favorability year-over-year among the over 3,700 federal, civilian, defense, state and local agency leaders surveyed.

“Among our readership of 1.2 million high-level government officials, ICF is gaining a strong reputation as a preferred contractor, demonstrating high levels of brand familiarity and favorability,” said Nicholas McClusky, Director of Research and Strategic Insights for GBC. “This year’s Leading Brands in Government study shows ICF has made great strides in improving its brand favorability within the community of government buyers.”

Now in its third year, Leading Brands in Government is Washington D.C.’s largest authoritative study on government buyers and their perceptions of top-performing contractors. Companies were judged by their overall brand favorability and familiarity, as well as key brand attributes including experience, expertise, value, customer services, trustworthiness, innovation and employee care. ICF is one of only 18 companies that received the “Fast Movers” distinction this year.

“Delivering high quality products and services that produce high value is what drives us,” said Sudhakar Kesavan, ICF chairman and CEO. “Today’s honor really is a testament to our collaborative and passionate teams that work everyday to continuously improve our methods for solving the biggest challenges facing our customers. We won’t stop exploring new ways for organizations and agencies to deploy data-driven, innovative strategies that help them thrive.”

One of the world’s leading consultancies and full service digital agencies, ICF works with hundreds of companies and governments to plan, design, and implement transformative projects. With over 5,000 business analysts, policy specialists, technologists, researchers, digital strategists, social scientists and creatives spread across 70 countries, ICF takes nontraditional approaches that are met with results. The company works across a wide variety of consumer and government industries, including, but not limited to, energy, health, education, aviation, environment, transportation and financial.

ICF was announced as a 2017 “Fast Mover” at Government Executive Media Group’s Leading Brands in Government event on June 7 in McLean, Va.
