ICF Completes Acquisition of DMS Disaster Consultants

ICF (NASDAQ: ICFI), a global consulting and digital services provider, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of DMS Disaster Consultants (DMS), a disaster planning and recovery services firm.

DMS will expand and augment ICF’s disaster management and resilience division, which has been on the ground for some of the most significant disasters in recent U.S. history working on disaster response, recovery, and preparedness projects.
